안녕하세요! 현재 중딩인 6년동안 카톡을 사용하는 유저 입니다 카톡이 업데이트 되고, 여러 점이 개선 되면서 훨씬 사용 하기 편해져서 너무 마음에 듭니다!! 그러나 삭제 하는 것을 5분 이상이 되도 모든 대화방에서 삭제도 있으면 좋겠습니다. 잘못 보냈는데 5분이 지나 곤란한 상황도 생겨서 꼭 개선 해주셨으면 감사하겠습니다🍒

오픈채팅을 자주 이용하는데 정말 무관한 내용으로 정지를 먹여 문의를 하였는데도 다시 검토를 했는데도 같은 답변이라하고 다시 문의를 하였더니 충분한 대답을 했다면서 상담종료를 해버리시네요. 정지 사유가 선정적•불건전이였는데 상세내용으로는 여성또는 남성의 둔부 또는 유방을 노출 표현 묘사했다는 내용이였습니다. 해당 오픈채팅 방 프사는 남자가 다른 남자의 볼을 깨물며 사진을 찍고있었던게 전부인데 이런식으로 카카오톡 이용을 막아버리시면 정말 곤란한거같아요. 카카오톡을 정말 오래 재밌게 이용한 사용자로써 현재 카카오톡에 실망이 정말 큽니다. 신고자와 저의 담당자의 일방적인 판단으로 제가 이런 피해를 보고 문의하는것에 관하여 대충대충 하시는 태도가 보이셔서 너무나 불쾌한 마음이 큽니다.
