We were fed up with the one size fits all approach to mental health, so we built Kalda to reflect the identities and the realities of all of us in the LGBTQIA+ community.
Our programmes are created by leading LGBTQIA+ therapists with a focus on gender and sexuality affirming care informed by CBT, ACT, MBCT, and the latest neuroscience.
