• Went to create account, auto generated password, pasted first instance, absolutely no way to past second instance as keyboard covered up that field and screen didn't move up or adjust to make the field visible. So I had to jump back and forth between this app and password app one character at a time. • Log out, log back in, prompts for email, typed it in, clicked on the login button (assuming it would ask for password later as that field wasn't on the login window), get error about invalid password. Did anyone actually try this app before distribution ??? Is this app created by some part-time-don't-really-care programmer???

The user experience of this app is terrible. I have to enter my username and password (for a completely different account) every Saturday to get my tickets. I was out of town and tried to watch it “live” on my phone and had to enter yet another username and password. Want to listen to the game? Click thru 2 or 3 screens and you’ll eventually get there. I’m glad I only have to use this for football.

Love the content that is available as I live out of state. If only the media player would work more than 5 minutes before erroring out.

I just want to be notified when KU is playing a basketball game or football game, I don’t want to receive spam notifications all day.

Y’all forget that mobile web exists? Everything on this app could be accessed on a website. Useless ad delivery/user tracking system

Along with the issues and complaints mentioned by other reviewers, there really needs to be some additional notifications options. An option to disable final score notifications needs to be added—just like virtually every other sports app in existence. Not everyone has the time or the ability to watch every game/match as it happens and this app will spoil it for you. I’ve had to disable all notifications which now makes it much more difficult to keep up with the sports I follow. It’s incredibly frustrating, to say the least. Please update the app to add this basic functionality.

How is it that I can’t find past scores anywhere? The football schedule only lists upcoming games, but not the W-L record for the season or past scores. Unreal. Shouldn’t that be a basic? Too bad. I was really excited for this app.

A great idea but clumsy and buggy. Get a ridiculous error that “this page can only be viewed on a mobile device. Try again from your phone.” It’s an APP, I’m ON my phone. Pretty worthless if I can’t access my WEF account from this app...
