Not scanning for winnings
When I’m scanning my tickets, it scans for the play on points but is giving me help every time I try to scan to check winners it gives me a help message
Broken!!!
Ticket checker by using camera to scan barcodes no longer works, even when granting the app full permissions for camera and location. Totally worthless now….

Looks like they don’t care about players, not fixing scanner , and they want me to register but gfy im not giving you my info.

The scan function works when it wants. The scan for reward points works even less
Worst App I have ever downloaded
Like many others the app will not let me push the sign in button.
Problems signing in
I had to unload some apps to make room for medical applications. When I tried to reinstall, it wouldn’t let me sign in.
QR code
Why should I use your app playon if you can’t scan the QR CODE with camera to read.
Froze Up
The App stopped working (froze up) and can’t do anything stuck on one page. Had been working fine
