Not working

I’ve been using this app for several years and recently have been unable to login. No response from Support after several attempts I think they’ve gone dark.

Notw working with iPhone 15

This app has been great. Froze for several weeks after iOS 17 update. 10/24 works again. All my saved records are back.

No longer working. No support.

App stopped working on iPhone 13. Get the spinning ball when trying to log in. Contacted customer support, no answer.

Please let us adjust date format

Works well but I need to adjust date format to Day month year Example for March 7 2022 7.3.2022

No one responds to Help Retrieving Data Lost

I’ve changed phones and lost valuable data that has been collected for over a year, and now I’ve sent multiple emails to the ‘Help’ section, and no one replies! Why create an app, invite people to use it, present a help section, and then just ignore requests for help entirely?! Had I known that I would lose all access to all of my record keeping, or that it would just disappear, and I’d not be able to receive help, I wouldn’t have depended on this app to store it. What a waste of my time.

So close to perfect....

Love the way you enter new data. Fantastic. Love the charting and the summary screen. So why not a full 5 stars? 1. There is no way to change the display of the date. In the US, we do day/month/year. In many other countries, it is month/day/year. I’m in the US and would very much like to have the option to display dates in the US format. 2. The time is set to a 24 hour clock and there is no way to set it to am and pm. I would really like that option as well. With a change of the two issues above, I would absolutely give this five stars.

Nice app for what I need

I have to say this app actually does what I want it to do. It’s simple and easy to use. I do have one question, is there any way to clear the previous records?

Sketchy ‘Privacy’ Policy

I like the simplicity of the app, but the privacy policy is seriously concerning. For example: “Unless otherwise specified on the Service, we may sell or share your Data among our parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates and with other third parties who we think may offer or enable you to become aware of Products that may be of interest to you.” Selling my data isn’t a feature I’m looking for in a health app. Question for developer: why does your ‘privacy policy’ sound like a policy of violating US health privacy laws such as HIPAA? You claim not to want to ‘make money off our health,’ yet your privacy policy entitles you to do exactly that?

Suggestion

Would be nice if the reminder function was able to have an audible time vs just having it show up on the phone as a reminder, I missed my reminder as I expected a sound.

Type too small

Type is too small which prohibits using on a regular basis; even when it is rotated on side.
