Karlstadsbuss official app helps you search for routes and buy single fares for bus trips in the city of Karlstad. Payment methods are Mastercard or Visa. You decide when to activate your ticket prior to boarding, so you can safely buy your fare before the trip.
The app has a new interactive map that helps you find your way. You can see bus stops, real-time information and search your trip directly from the map. You don’t have to know the names of the bus stops. Just choose your current location, type an address in the search box, or just click anywhere on the map (long press). The app will help you find the right bus stop.

Varför kan man inte köpa periodbiljetter i appen. T ex 10 dagars el 10/60?

Dåligt helt värdelös.
Low quality software
Very low quality software that not tested properly.. several times lost tickets and several times payed without getting tickets back
dålig kundservice.
Jag skulle åka buss till stora torget och jag stod nära kanten men ändå åkte bussen jag väntade på förbi mig. Bussen var nästan tom så det fanns ingen anledning för den att inte stanna. Jag ringde såklart direkt till Karlstad buss och berättade om mitt problem, jag blev så överraskad att jag nästan ont att andas när personen jag pratade med sa att jag skulle vänta tills nästa buss kom men den gick ju en halvtimme senare! helt sjukt hur dem behandlar betalande kunder.

Busschaufförerna stannar oftast inte, så om du ska åka någonstans så tänk dig att det tar en halvtimme extra.

Värsta med appen är ju att ibland när man köper biljetten så finns det inte på mina biljetter så man måste dubbel köpa och i slutet visas det bara en. Dåligt gjort

Varje gång jag går in på sök, skriver in mellan två hållplatser. Så kan jag endast se det i 2 sekunder innan appen krashar. Jag får alltid göra en screenshot, vilket är oerhört frustrerande. Vill ju kunna planera mina resor väl.
