This company only has an email customer service so you’ll have to complain on social media to get a quick response. Upon setting up the app I get a false shipment email. I clicked on the link and nothing opened. According to customer service it was a mistake. How do you send a fake shipment email with a tracking link?!? Then I see another shipment address entered in my app account in India!!!! I live in the US, I bring this to customer service attention and send a screenshot. Their response “well we don’t see it on our end so you’re ok” What?!? I deleted the app and will never order from here again.

Went to Vegas recently and stopped by one the stores. Absolutely fell in love with the atmosphere. Customer service was great. The singing bowl session is an awesome experience and encourage everyone to try it out if they get to go to a physical store. I’ve since purchased several more orders through the app as gifts for family. All the items are amazing and of great quality. One issue I have is that the bracelets with the elastic bands get stretched out and will slide over your hand and fall off if you throw or punch something. Other than that I love everything about the company and products.
The app is ok but it could be better more up to date a lot less u gotta figure out where certain items are or certain areas like my points? Where r they on the app?
I purchased several bracelet and in under a month one broke and on the other the elastic string is partially torn. Will only be a matter of time before the other bracelets break too. I’ve had better luck with Amazon bracelets and for much much less. Definitely will not be buying from them again.
I placed an order on 01/22/2023 my items were two arrive according to their website between 01/27/2023-02/02/2023. It’s now 02/07/2023 and I have not received my VERY expensive items. I contacted customer service and the phone number listed is to someone’s voicemail. The email response is fast but it’s a response of “just wait” there’s no accountability no follow up aside from it’s been shipped and it should get to you, each representative gives me different dates, when I track the item it appears it was in Nevada, California, Texas then went back to California but customer service isn’t seeing what I am seeing…why provide tracking on your website if you’re not going to follow the tracking time or the items? HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
