This app is so deeply flawed. I logged out and logged in. I’ve tried logging in for thousand of times. The screen loads but never goes inside the app. I tried purchasing the metro QR. the app says I already purchased it but it doesn’t show in my card list. How will I use the metro link bus if I can’t open the QR. please maintain your app properly. Fix the issues.

Trying for last 2 days it’s not going beyond login…some time then not sending SMS… if you making mandatory to travel then please make sure service work

My online recharge is not reflecting in my balance, though it is showing recharge successfull. I have contacted customer care and sent a mail but no response.

i can’t find proper bus timing and almost not user friendly different to used places make more better to use.

Bad experience for bus timings in app the timings of bus it’s absolutely wrong please improve it

Busses are excellent. Drivers are good. But why it is either early or very late according to the application.

Buses cannot be seen on the App for T602 Bus for up and down both ways

203 Buses are not running in the interval of 12mins and there’s no specific time as per the timing mentioned in the app of karwa Earlier the real time movement of buses were available based on which we use to catch the buses which now not showing and have to wait fro 20-25mins

Can’t access Metro link QR code, it just say please update your application (TR***)
