Totally not working after the latest update
Totally not working. Couldnt join local network. Please dont rollout something that is not working
Widget unable to work after update
Widget keep showing “sign in” after update despite I already signed up. I even tried sign out and in agajn still dont work
Buggy and laggy after UI revamp
The app was pretty good. Responsive and functioning well. But after recent UI revamp, it’s totally bad. Scrolling is laggy. Sometime the same smart plug appears twice. Disappointing revamp.
Kassa power plug
Easy plug and play, so much easier to on/off my electronics
Support for Siri Shortcuts removed abruptly
With the most recent software update, my smartplug stopped supporting siri shortcuts. Please fix
Energy usage not updated in real time
Energy usage is not updated in real time so you have to keep clicking back to refresh page for it to update which is annoying and un-intuitive for a smart plug.
