Kaseya VSA integrated with BMS tickets on your mobile device, enables technicians on the move to quickly access asset and agent information on tickets. See the status of the agent and see what endpoints are online and offline, all while seeing the latest audit information about endpoints.
With BMS, create, view, assign, search, and update service tickets. You can capture notes, time entries and attachments such as photos all on your mobile device. If you have a service call associated with a ticket, you can find those tickets and see all details, such as this ticket requires a technician to go offsite which is great for both dispatchers and technicians. For IT Managers, get real time visibility into the IT environment by seeing ticket assignments, resolutions, critical tickets.
With VSA you can see recent events, like last time endpoint checked in. You can see agent and asset views and filter agents by views so you can filter down by agents. Filter by organization and machine groups for easy management.

Still terrible kaseya app

Clearly not much focus put on this app by kaseya. Like much of their software no focus on UX testing. First off if you say you use BMS and VSA and ITGlue you won’t get all 3. The ticket app just doesn’t work. Authentication issues. If you use Face ID you still have to go root out your 2 nd factor auth code. Pretty lame. Always seems like beta code that just checks a box for their today they have a mobile app so their competitors can’t say they don’t. Sad cause we customers pay a lot for nil functionality.

I could live with the problematic on-screen keyboard (Remote Desktop has a great one - try copying it). I could live with the regular lock ups of the remote session as all I had to do was flip to another app and back. Now when connecting to an agent using LiveConnect, all I get is “response could not be serialized”. I need to break out my laptop every time to assist a user which is a lot less convenient.

Excellent tool for MSPs.

I use this almost daily when out in the field. I can manage all of my client machines from a single iPad or iPhone. I occasionally have an issue where it will lock up during a remote session, but simply disconnecting and reconnecting to the client makes it work again. Hopefully this will be addressed in future releases. Other than that tiny issue, I am completely satisfied with this application. It’s the perfect tool for any MSP.

Can we have a notifications option so that we can get notified when tickets come in or a client responds? This would make the app much better and more usable.

I’ve been using this app to access BMS for some time now. Works well enough. Now suddenly my app closes every time I open it. I’ve reinstalled twice to no good effect. What gives?

The latest update that just came put does not work for in latest iOS version. Just opens and then crashes!!!! Need to fix and release update asap!!!!

When are you planning on coming out with an update to this application? We have been using this application with our BSM and it is very, very limited at what we can do with this application on our mobile device. It almost appears this was just thrown together with very minimal features and published just so you could tell customers you have a mobile application that works with the software. What is the road map for this application?

I had no expectation and I was still let down. Another update, another lack of SSO for VSA. App is completely useless for clients using SSO for security.
