Not easy to use at all. Doesn’t integrate with gps on your phone. Only covers the southern part of the island. However the info it does give is pretty good and interesting. Also it only goes one direction. I’m not sure if I would recommend and also not sure it was worth $9.99.
It’s a good App. But misses half the island. Also they should include Hawaiian music between the stops and directions, it would make it much more interesting. Also not easy to set up. Needs better instructions.
You want him the map to see where your going and the screen is always asking for a review. Should be a way to upload pics and create a story.
I bought this because I wanted to use it while driving around the island. After purchase it only provides access to about 1/4 of the island. Although the screen shots shows points of interest throughout all of the island. I contacted customer service and they said they are still working on the other parts of the island. And they would not refund my money. So if you feel lucky that this app will cover the part of the island you are interested in then buy it, but odds are you won’t be lucky.
Sadly after and hour of trying to get the app to work I called support and received nothing. The app had nothing central. Nothing easy Coast, nothing north. Nothing popped up. It did not recognize my location. I asked for a Refund but no response. Save your money
We were a bit burned out from the beach and this was a great break. A very relaxing drive and we all loved learning about the history and geography of the island!
It was super easy to use and we learned more than we would have just touring in our own. Would recommend this to friends and family.
I did not realize that so many movies were shot here. The app had the complete list. It was good to know about them. Narration is the best. Can't beat it. Reasonable cost, new technologies, the story of the movies, GPS syncing are all good. My wife listened to the stories at the hotel first. She enjoyed the trip even more. Buy only one per car.
