I registered and got the email. Was able to use the app once. When I tried to use it again I had to sign in again just to see User not registered. When I reset pin I never get the code. Useless app!

Love the new look and feel. Just wish we could use the vitality discounts through the app. Maybe a way to enter the WiCode or upload the voucher. I would definitely order way more if this was an option. I don’t have the time to order and wait in store.

I can’t even make an account. It won’t send me otp via my phone number or email. Waste of time downloading

This is the most frustrating app ever created. It is not user friendly, you have to noygcall info everytime you want to use the app. It wastes time for the cashiers, customers waiting behind you and your own valuable time! Why have an app if you aren’t prepared to get the basics right!!

Doesn’t pick up a store that does deliveries . You can even select the location of the store and it won’t pick up that same store

Nothing works and wasn’t even able to attempt an order. Just delete this app already, it’s completely useless.

Guys, the “new” app has a major flaws in the delivery address functionality. This problem has been there for months now - when are these bugs going to get sorted out??? Are you serious about having an online presence?

Place order function is broken and doesn’t allow for me to get past the search store screen

Unable to add correct address and change my date of birth. I also was unable to schedule or place an order at my desired shop.

The app is slow and constantly loads and then kicks me out of the app and the loads again and again and again… Super inconvenient when trying to order using the app…
