The app doesn’t load videos and when you try to download them the app crashes and it doesn’t let you attempt to download them a second time. All your footage gone!

Impossible to connect and download. Keeps crashing , connects 1 in 15 attempts… terrible app

Don’t even deserve a star for pure ripping people off your app doesn’t work and the sound quality is terrible on your cameras

Kind of a disappointed, was reading quite a few reviews that the app is useless, cam really struggling to connect and when it does usually freeze when you try to do something...you need to do quite a bit of work KB...

The app is slow and laggy. To download a one 10 minute video it takes a hour. The thumbnails get mixed up. It’s takes a lot of effort even to connect it. I do not recommend.

i never can access the photos and videos i’ve taken on my camera and it always locks me out of the app. the camera itself has been the worst purchase and i think the first camera ever made works better than this.

Camera looks good, but over a month since Christmas purchase and still unable to transfer content to phone or computer. Customer service is reasonably responsive, but as yet unable to solve the problem.
