Would be nice to have 2 factors authentification
Nice apps but I’m always concerned about security due to the simple PIN access. Considering everything you can very easily do with it once you’re in, access should be ways more secure.

Application médiocre, service client inexistant. Cela fait cinq jours que j’essaie d’ouvrir un compte via l’application. Même après deux visites en agence, rien ne fonctionne. ING est mieux.

Avis modifié suite à la réponse du développeur: L’application marquait (pour moi) des notifications rouges introuvables depuis des semaines mais grâce à l’aide téléphonique j’ai appris que les notifications étaient regroupées dans l’onglet “ma KBC”: SUGGESTION : ce serait bien s’il y avait le point rouge sur l’onglet lui-même en bas de l’écran pour qu’on les trouvent plus facilement. Merci pour la réponse du développeur au premier avis. Le service d’aide téléphonique est absolument top du top : pas d’attente et une aide rapide. Merci !

Impossible de connecter doddle il faut perdre son temps à envoyer par mail les relevés de compte. Comment améliorer ?
Problème à l’étranger
Je suis très furieuse ! J’ai deux comptes bancaires différents. KBC et une autre banque. Je suis en vacances et je dois faire plusieurs transactions d’urgence via mon KBC Brussels. Je n’arrive même pas à me connecter. On m’affiche une erreur ! je ne sais pas appeler la Belgique. Nous sommes en 2024 et je n’arrive pas à me connecter dans mon compte juste parce que je voyage ? Vraiment merci pour le stress que vous me faites endurer en vacances. Petite note : je sais me connecter dans l’app de l’autre banque sans problème ! Mais malheureusement ce n’est pas celle dont j’en ai besoin aujourd’hui !
