Great Progression of Kettlebell Training
Love how you can start with body weight workouts then go into the Intro kettlebell ! Eventually over time train the LIVE / On Demand studio classes ! They have a full tutorial section that is very helpful! Looking forward to the awesome Abs programs with and without the kettlebell making it possible for anyone to train! Would highly recommend for any age that wants to work on cardio, strength & mobility !!! Definitely 5 Star !!!!

Absolutely love the convenience of being able to do a workout wherever and whenever! So easy to use and love the fact that you can save your faves, look up different series and even locate past challenges that you participated in!! I have always used the online platform but this takes it to a whole new awesome level ❤️😊
