Thông báo cảnh báo không được linh hoạt theo tên người dùng đã được riêng cho tên camera, làm phải xem lại hết camera.. Ánh sáng và báo động sao không sài được vậy ạ? Giao diện thiết bị cũng hơi khó xem.

Phần mềm hay bị đơ, mất kết nối, không xem được file ghi trên thẻ nhớ, PTZ điều khiển kiểu cà rựt nấc cụt,chất lượng hình ảnh camera mờ mờ ảo ảo

Không xem được bằng 4G, lỗi bị out ra liên tục
Lỗi Out ra ngoài khi dùng iOS 16.7 trở xuống. Tiếp tục đăng nhập vào xong, tiếp tục Out.

Camera lại lỗi k xem được
Bản cập nhật mới chán quá, xem camera cứ lỗi không xem được bằng 4G là sao, bản cũ mượt hơn! Bản mới cứ vào là “cấu hình thất bại”, “không kết nối dữ liệu wifi” trong khi 4G xem youtube phà phà … cập nhật gấp chứ tình trạng kéo dài khách hàng bỏ chuyển sang loại khác
