Very bad service. Your food will arrive late. Most likely missing meals, or wrong food choices. when you try to talk to them about it they ignore you. And when they do listen, their response is always "I don't know what to tell you, I'm sorry" Very unprofessional

I asked if they had special diet programs for 1st trimester pregnant women, I was asked through a chat about my weight and height and got recommended in the chat to purchase from the app an 800 calories diet and than I would loose 5 kgs in a week, while pregnant women need a minimum of 2000 calories. If I hadn’t made my own research about it before purchasing it I would have started their 800 kcal dit and lost the baby!!! When I asked if it was approved by a dietitian they told me you can check with our dietician and sent me her price for consultation of purchase our 1200 calories and sent me the price per day! They didnt realize they made a mistake All they want is to sell!! Your health is their last concern!!! You can’t play with people’s health like that!!!!

I had a very terrible experience with kcateries, the yogurt arrived broken, mixed up with snacks and put extra hence extra calories, i paid for 7 full days and only received 6!! Delivery is always always late.

I was never more disappointed in a service. I oredered many times and my goal was to lose weight. They mixed up my order each and every time i ordered. They dont come at time and they dont reply on your complaining messages at all! So unprofessional.
