Уже месяц я бьюсь с выводом средств, все безуспешно. Поддержка отвечает шаблоном и ничего не может решить…

Написано, что я не прошел контроль рисков в получении бонуса и нарушил правила, хотя подтвердил KYC и девушку зарегистрировал и ей тоже подтвердил KYC без мошенничества. Удаляю приложение и забываю навсегда.

Identity theft and theft of people's money with fake candles and deception and fake advertisements with high deposits and very low bonuses, which is also a scam, they don't give the money.

The exchange will not let me withdraw my funds due to “risk control measures”. Fortunately for me it was only a small amount, but have read lots of stories online of people losing thousands. The exchange is registered in an East African country called Seychelles, giving it shady origins and no recourse for traders to recover stolen funds. There seems to be no legitimacy to this platform in any capacity. I’d reckon any withdrawal requests they do process are to build trust with customers just so they can pull the “failed risk control measure” excuse once the account is large enough to be worth stealing. Protect your money and stay away!
