I really love the app and the great deals that it finds for you! It also provides very valuable information on products, stores, strategies, etc.! But, the latest update from 2 days ago is causing the app to crash on my iPhone XS Plus! Every time I go to the page about recalled products and scroll down about halfway to the bottom of the page the app crashes and message states an error has occurred and the app needs to close. Please fix this issue KCL! I need the app to work flawlessly! Thanks!

Edit: app is down again. what is going on? Lots of issues. Needs a revamp. This was from a few weeks ago- App is down for days now this is happened before and now it’s happening again I do like the app but I can’t get in. I emailed three times in the past month no answer so can somebody let us know what’s going on? I’ve deleted and downloaded and downloaded again still won’t load.

Good app - it could be great if it didn’t crash every 5 minutes!

This app has given me issues for the past 6 months. Anytime I click on an offer then press the back button, I am taken to the beginning of the offers list. I then have to scroll back down to where I initially left off. I have reported this issue many times and still no resolve. If this doesn’t get resolved, I will be deleting the app

App issues and just because she post a “deal” its not always a deal. Have bought many items though through the app

I’m too much of a minimalist for this app. Literally a notification every 30 minutes even though I have all notifications off. Deleted my account and the app after 1 day.

I have a picture of it saying, download the app for Apple music 1 month free and I did, and looked everywhere to redeem it and it wasn’t there. BEWARE, FALSE ADVERTISING!

Since we can only update our original review…I have more negative feedback, because now that I can’t use the app, I am noticing that the website is super unhelpful and the text messages that I’m getting are being sent to me either on the expiration date or AFTER the expiration date. KCL!!! WHAT HAPPENED?? I started using this app YEARS AGO! I have referred TONS of people to you! And this is how you thank your loyal customers? I can’t download the app because it won’t open, and customer support literally said they can’t help. Other people have left reviews with the same issue after the update in October 2023. Why? Update - for everyone that has the issue with the app crashing and not loading, support won’t help. I emailed them and explained everything and they said they’d investigate. I followed up twice and finally got the answer that they have no answer for me because it’s only happening to me, I assume. So please! Email them because they don’t care about reviews unless they’re good. can’t get the app to load at all, so I can’t use the app to contact anyone…I tried emailing via the App Store link for app support with no response…I’ve had an account for years…looks like this is an ongoing issue??? Please let me know how to contact you without having to go through the app because, as I said, it completely crashes…won’t load at all. Looks like it might be because I have too many saved items in my list? Over 400+, but I can’t remove them until the app loads. Please help. I have used this app and LOVED this app for 2 years because it helped me survive Christmas on a tight budget, but after an app update right before Black Friday last year, it would stop loading and completely crash (it seemed like loading my lists was too much for it because I have saved a lot, I guess and haven’t removed them). Uninstalling & reinstalling didn’t work, and the latest update didn’t work, but it almost did. Too bad…it was a good app till it wasn’t.
