Calendar integration doesn’t work, app is slow, and crashes frequently. Meetings don’t show up on the app even though they’re on the google calendar. Can’t use the Keap app to easily see scheduled calls. Tapping the contacts or icons in the app yields no response or multi-second delays prior to response. App crashes when trying to view emails in contacts in the app. App performance issues and crash issues appeared in the last app “upgrade”, when Keap said the calendar issue would be corrected. This was about the sixth time they said the calendar would be fixed in the last two years. They also increased the price 20% this month after increasing the price 12% six months ago.
I’ve been a Keap user for years now. It seems their app has fallen apart! It’s so slow and buggy I can’t use it to do anything anymore. I just resort to the desktop version now. Super inconvenient and disappointing not to be able to use the app, or rely on it. I’ve reached out to their support team, and they know they have issues to fix. It’s been around 6 months of garbage and still not any updates or improvements. Hence this review now. Keap, please fix the bugs and speed issues so we all can use the app again. Thank you!
Been a customer for over 2 years and The app literally never works. I don’t know why they offer it.
If O could give it zero stars I would. Used to be a mediocre app but with the changes they made at the last update it is not worth having on your phone. You can see the names of contacts but good luck adding a note, seeing their phone number, or downloading their contact information to your device. There is no way to take any action inside the app. What a joke.
Poor connectivity. App is very finicky. Wish it was more user friendly.

It’s been a little over 5 months and they still can’t figure out how to get my text services back and running. Although the customer service department is polite and courteous. I’m still paying for a service I can’t fully use. And it’s one excuse after another. Besides that hiccup with the scc or fcc whom ever it is. They have a good app. Smh
Ever since the most recent update, the app has become useless. The only thing that ever loads is the text communications, which we never use because we don’t want a 1-800 number or a double opt in requirement. The contacts, appointments, and everything else is just blank all the time. Never loads. And for the love of god stop making me log back in with my 2FA and register the same device I already had. This happens once a week! Deleting the app. Software is great. App is bad.
I really enjoy the app, but sometimes there are are glitches. I wish there was more functionality between platforms of a desktop to the app and I think in time this will come to fruition. Keep updating and keep making improvements.
