Lost photos
This app was great until I got a new phone and lost all my photos when I switched. No way to contact them to get help. Super bummed.

Forgot my password many months ago. Hit the button “Forgot Password” and still haven’t received an email how to reset password.

I deleted the app years ago for a old girlfriend and now I can’t see anything I saved before
I got a new phone and lost everything
Every thing came across my cloud and when I opened this app I lost everything in it I had saved for years. I have looked on here to contact support directly, because in QA does not address this type of problems. There is no way listed to contact support with my problem. So, frustrated with this!

Delete or lost photos
I purchased a new iPhone recently and transferred all my apps , upon starting my new phone your app would just shut down and now once re downloaded it has erased all my photos and there is no option to contact your company to possibly recover them .
