In ShineDay, checking in is remarkably simple. You only need to plan in advance what habits you want to track each day of the week. On the designated day, with a gentle click on the achieved habit, it flips gently, a satisfying "click," and your check-in is complete.
Beyond serving as a habit-tracking tool, ShineDay can also be utilized as a daily diary, documenting the commonplace activities you accomplish each day and checking them off.

You can set the repetition days and time periods for each habit within a week.
The habits you need to adhere to today are displayed separately on the TODAY page. A simple tap on the image signifies checking off that habit.
A card is sent daily; upon completing all habits for the day, you collect and save the card. On the back, you can record your thoughts for the day, motivating yourself.

I have used ShineDay since September 2019. I needed a habit tracker while back packing and trying to bring in a new era of myself by starting some good habits. I tried a LOT of tracker apps and this is quite simply the best I have ever found - by leaps. The more recent years’ updates have really elevate it even further. For me it is the visual nature of the way it tracks, the vibe that it’s about me as a human not as a work productively robot, and most importantly its simplicity. It is elegant in its ease of use and simplicity in all things. I whole heartedly recommend this app. The price listing makes it exceptional value, I’d easily have paid more for it.

I love this app!
It helps me plan my day everyday, and for people who have ADHD like me, I lean into this a lot. It is really cute and colourful as well but you can customize it as to your own liking.
Aesthetically pleasing but not really in English
The settings do appear to have an English option but it doesn’t actually change anything. It’s such a beautifully designed app, but unfortunately it isn’t in English. Please, please introduce a fully English version . There are very few apps that don’t overwhelm me visually.. and this has a nice feel.. I just need to be able to understand it.

SUPER cute wonderful app, but language issues :(
shineday has literally everything i have ever wanted from a productivity app: cute design, habits separated into morning/afternoon/evening, adjustable daily routines AND non-habit tasks, a weekly/monthly view of habits, and did i mention the cute design? it even has features i didn't know i needed, like collecting sun points to redeem things from a wishlist. i feel like there's so much more that i haven't even discovered in this cute little app, and i'm so eager to explore it that i'm willing to buy a subscription for an app for the first time ever. but there's one thing that makes me hesitate, and that's the slightly choppy translation for english. certain parts of the app are still in chinese even after switching to chinese. for example, the calendar, the arrows that switch from day to day in the 'TODAY' section, the location feature, etc. this is such a tiny, nitpicky thing but it makes me hesitate to fully commit to the app. apart from that, it is literally *perfect* !!!
