Keep4U helps with easier and more efficient management of orders related to the preparation, maintenance, and cleaning of apartments, short-term rental properties, offices, homes, and gardens. We offer simple, easy-to-use, and effective tools such as a calendar, service orders, chat, and checklists that facilitate communication between the client and the service provider.
The features that distinguish our application:
- A booking calendar that automatically synchronizes with various booking systems, making it easy to track occupied and available dates.
- The ability to choose a color for each booking portal, making the calendar easy to read and intuitive to use.
- Quick assignment of service orders to technicians.
- A messenger that allows sending messages and photos during work on the property, which are saved in the message archive.
- Issuing of single and periodic service orders that include information on the number of guests and their check-in and check-out times.
- Notifications that allow tracking of the progress of orders.

- Management of orders from anywhere using a phone or tablet.
The application offers many functions for hosts, such as a calendar that synchronizes all bookings from different booking systems in one place, allowing easy tracking of occupied and available dates and planning of cleaning actions for a particular property. There is also the possibility of quickly assigning a technician to an order and issuing a service order within the application. Notifications allow for real-time tracking of the progress of orders and monitoring the entire process of property management, as well as an order archive that can be accessed later.
For service providers, the application offers many benefits, such as multi-hosting, which means the ability to work for different hosts through one application. Along with the assigned order, service providers receive addresses of apartments, access codes, information on the number of guests, and entry and exit times. They can also send messages and photos to hosts during work on the property. They also have checklists to prevent skipping tasks.
Communication within the application is conducted through an encrypted channel (HTTPS), users log in to individual accounts secured with a password and have access only to their own data.
