This app is the most helpful app to use it’s easy to navigate accurate and you can get help at any moment. Before using this app i used turbo tax, Turbo tax isn’t as easy, cheap, or fast. Give this app a try it is well worth it!

I stumbled on valid, significant, deductions *myself* (a non-expert) which the Keeper team had totally missed even after I asked if everything was missing. Often a response from the tax experts was slow, (my direct contact however was pretty responsive) and at one point there was pressure to up-sell to a more expensive plan, which I actually didn't need. Probably won’t be renewing my plan after it expires. Update: after upgrading to the top-tier plan, the tax experts you contact via email are definitely knowledgeable and well informed. I remain skeptical of the quality of information received via chat — some of which seems quietly automated.

Freelancer with multiple gigs, here. Used Keeper for 2023 taxes. Was convenient being able to tie my credit cards and bank accounts together to easily track deductions. Halfway through the year, however, one of my credit card institutions no longer worked with the service that links Keeper to the account. So I had to manually enter all transactions to Keeper, which kind of defeats the purpose. Keeper checks your tax return before sending it to the IRS, which is a nice gesture. However, what isn’t a nice gesture is being audited by the IRS even after Keeper gave me the all clear to send. Overall, a very frustrating experience, especially after paying for the annual membership. Could have saved $100-$150 dollars by using other tax softwares. This isn’t to say Keeper will not work for you… it has promise, but failed for me.

Easy t use

This app really combines and saves you a tons of paperwork and ultimately time. With being a freelancer or self employed, time is definitely money. So saving time makes you money. The fact that everything you pay for is tax deductible. Awesome app. Thank you! Second year filing my taxes with keeper and both years it has went very smoothly. Thank you for all your help and your great assistants that are with you every step of the way! If I could rate 10 stars I would very impressed!
