The KBM has been amazing for me! I have been weight training since September 2020 and at some point, I plateaued—I wasn’t seeing the gains I wanted. Since starting the KBM about 2 months ago, I’ve already seen a difference not only in my gains but also in how my body feels. I can’t wait to see how far I can go with it!

This method has been so helpful with staying consistent. I’ve tried other apps and different workout plans that followed, just basic template of day 1 do this day 2 do this etc. And too often it would be light stretching on days when I had the most energy and high intensity on days when I felt like crap already. Having a done-for-you workout plan that is flexible AND is naturally aligned with my energy levels (and easy to navigate those energy levels in the app) has been a game changer! The UI could be a little more fluid for certain workouts, but the methodology more than makes up for it!

As someone who suffers from pcos I was highly skeptical of a program / app with workouts around your cycle . I really just assumed it wouldn't work for me because pcos make you anything but regular... BUT girl was I wrong . These workouts (and the app in general) are amazing . Three months in and I kid you not; my cycle is more regularly then years and years of attempted medical treatment . Seriously do yourself a favorite and download the app it is so so worth it !

Really like the workouts and concept, just needs some glitches worked out. Wish the back button didn’t always take you back to the main screen- it would be better if it took you back to the previous page. Some videos just won’t load. I suggest putting the video clips on a loop.
