尋日用呢個app叫麥當勞，點知外賣員倒瀉汽水，d汽水令到個餐濕晒，平台話賠30蚊代用卷比我，我個餐180幾，真搞笑！話唔會送返個餐黎，唔會退款，仲要同你係到極限拉扯！ 到今日Keeta仲未有人聯絡我，用呢個app叫嘢食，諗清楚！唔係一肚氣

Lack of buyer protection
In keeta they offered to ensure that all orders are on time. But restaurant at times change the order from “Preparing” to “ready for pick up” even though the food are not yet prepared. My last order were delayed too long and i have experience such cheats quite a few times already. Ask keeta cs for help but they cant help so back to panda or deliveroo for me from now on
