Absolute garbage speakers for connection issues. Have had issues 1000 times

This is a terrible buggy app and buggy product. For the huge money you spend this is a disgrace. I would never buy another active speaker from KEF.

The app is really poor. Not particularly intuitive to navigate but the most annoying part is how unreliable it is. When it works it’s fine but it will randomly lose connection. It’s not the speaker or the network, it’s the app. Very poor.

There is no doubt the speakers sound great. But the app is far from easy to get going. Connectivity was a real clumsy experience. Then getting others to use the system in my family was difficult. Lots of can’t find the speakers messages. Lots of try’s to get it going. We have a JBL party box and you press the button on the top and it finds you straight away. That is how easy it should be. None the less the speakers sounds brilliant

Latest firmware frozen/stuck as many on web reporting, once again! How long no sound this time? Weeks ? Verrrry expensive speakers umm, NO sound now with latest no-value/pointless firmware upgrade . Selling for for non-f-ing internet dependant boxes. Pay big dollars and no sound , going back to speakers that just need a power point. You’ve “significantly” missed the point KEF. Thought about kc62, im out now. NO MUSIC HEARD If software no happy, simply no sound. Check web...

I have been using Kef wireless speakers for a few years now and the new LS50 wireless II is really great, and works seamlessly with the new app. Internet radio sounds great, Tidal MQA is good, everything just works.

Speakers were unboxed, set up and onboard my network in about 5 minutes! App is rock solid and I can play Tidal, Spotify and all the rest of my local music easily. Nice job!

They make the app and hardware but the two can’t connect? Really? These were very expensive and the software is just junk.

I bought KEF with high hopes from #crutchfield. Started getting issues from day 1. Sent for service two times with no luck. The Usb does not work and the app never detects it always have problem air playing. I can’t believe how can KEF afford to have such a product in the market.

Switched my phone to iphone 16 and kef connect doesn’t see the speakers anymore. Reset the speakers, they do configure ok as I can access them from my laptop but from my iphone still won’t work.
