The new m series app on my iPad has displayed ‘ migrating database ‘ for 3 days ! It will not download which means have lost at this stage 3 yeas of data ! Emailed company twice and no reply The old app worked this does not work on iPad. Lepa Lena
The new update takes me to a “profile update”, but no matter what I do, I can’t progress past this page.
Good app but would like more comparative analytics between and across sessions.
We purchased a Keiser 3M and it meets all of our requirements. I read negative reviews about the App, but it has been faultless. The bike is easy to set up, the App sync with Bluetooth and away you go. It is neat, targeted and meets our needs.
My 40 minute ride didn’t register on the app. Disappointing!! 😖
It is a good and consistent app. It can be improved by inserting a % effort based on age and heart rate.
The app is so bad. You can’t even have 2 users. The bike is amazing. Need to buy a converter so I can use zwift.
As others have noted, app can drop out or pick up another nearby bike mid workout. The guided sessions are all long & drawn out (nothing under 45mins). Would be good to see a few 30min sessions (there’s enough research to show you can get a good workout in that period of time) & not all sessions need a cool down or warmup. Look forward to the app working with more 3rd party apps that are fit-watches (Garmin Apple) Also look forward to this part of the app talking to the chip for other Keiser equipment to make it a full workout experience
The app has a number of good features but needs quite a bit more work. It occasionally stops mid-exercise which is extremely frustrating if one is on an exercise program. It is also too sensitive to the 3 controllable variables - cadence, power output, loss setting so it sometimes becomes quite difficult to maintain all settings within the program range all of the time. Enhancements would be to allow users to write their own exercise programs as well as the provision of some analysis such as weekly, monthly and annual performance; trends in key variables to show improvement or deterioration in performance; and goal setting.
