The hotel is very rundown, they have not updated the hotel and charge too much for what you get. The hotel is not handicap accessible and not accessible for older adults. There’s too many construction flaws and obstacles to name… The tubs are 23 inches high(not upto general construction codes). My mom could not use the tub, we asked to be moved to a room with a walk in shower, bc they didn’t have any in our room category, they downgraded us and did not make any adjustments in price. It’s like a cash grab business and not a five star experience. The first day my mom fell at the beach boardwalk because the wood is warped, she tripped on the unlevel boards. A guest who was doctor rushed to help her. There was no staff around. There’s also issues with safety. We ate at the beach restaurant once and our food arrived cold and an hour later. Probably because it was sitting around in the kitchen. When I told the waitress she shrugged her shoulders. The prices are in euros and way too expensive for the poor quality.The service is spotty, sometimes you get a good server but mostly not. The management is very near sighted, Mr Tunç the front office manager is clueless about customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. When I voiced our concerns he was very dismissive. They attempted to upgrade us the last night and said the rooms were full. Which is not true because there was no one on the beach, at the restaurants or in the hotel general areas. And the associate I made the reservation with said there was low demand and other employees told me the hotel was only 25 percent occupied. Mr. Tunç was also dishonest. We also copied the hotel general manager who also did absolutely nothing to intervene. The beach is pretty but be aware there are a lot of stones and rocks that you can tumble on. NOT A FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE. MANAGEMENT IS CLUELESS ABOUT PLEASING CUSTOMER, TOTAL CASH GRAB BUSINESS. There are so many nicer places to go to in Bodrum and outside.
