An hour of my time was wasted where I could have made other appointments, one of the agents who helped me had no empathy and no telephone etiquette. Iyanda confirmed for our appointment at 12 but did not communicate until just before 1 where she informed me that she was busy with another patient. I was not able to rebook as she had not cancelled the consultation.

App never works
I’ve attempted to use the app a few there is always some or other technical issue and the you can’t log on. Only managed to log on once before when I didnt need the app.
Such a great service at a price that makes health care affordable
I’ve used the Kena app twice. Once for a medical consult and once for a therapy session and I have been so impressed both times. It’s exactly what I needed and what I think South Africa needs- great medical and mental health care at a reasonable price and no long waits. Now I don’t have to think twice about asking if my child has measles or mumps rather than just seeing it through to avoid huge doctors bills. And I will be continuing to see the Kena therapist who I found to be really good. She not only helped me to understand my current state but gave me a great exercise to work through and a road map to moving past it. Well done Kena for this exceptional offering which could impact South Africa more than AI in the short to medium term. I would highly recommend it.
