the app is very lag, might need to improve every interface loading time. The user experience is not very good.

It’s been 1 hour and i still cannot upload my id to complete the registration.

No issue for all other money market funds app… for this KDI apps keeps fail at selfie when registering

The app is so lag, want to open it or press anything always need to loading. Right now many apps can login by Face ID, as specially banking app, got money inside must be double protection, cannot simply get the password to login like social media app. Anyway thank you for the 4% interest and update interest everyday, this is why I choose this better that FD.

id verification have failed so many time without further reason, and the worse thing is even get through the id verification, its failed again after selfie…and start over with id verification again……and i gave up eventually

- Performance tab is very slow - Biometric stop working after a while - After a while, app logs out but show Error pop up instead, have to log out manually and relogin

As stated. The app has a huge downside, the login is external and leads you to a mobile based login, biometrics doesnt exist, creating hassle to login, id checks are always failing, if you cant get it right, maybe have a manual check on your end to get this through?

The UI is so behind. Other investing platforms are wayyy ahead of KDI Digital in terms of UI. Please fix it. Thanks :,)

Please do a full UI revamp and the stats page loads do slow
