Can’t create account
Unfortunately, can’t even create an account to get started. And no app support to be found.
Bring back the fan moving feature
You recently changed your app. The old app had a moving spinning fan symbol which was great to see if your unit was on when you control it remotely from your phone . Please bring it back. It was great!
Can’t change WiFi after switching providers
Air Purifier PM4030 No factory reset option apparently Can’t change WiFi after switching providers. Keeps saying old network name and I can’t use the app controls.

Excellent washer and dryer
I am so happy with the performance of both washer and dryer Kenmore Elite and I love the function of connectivity, being able to know when the cycle has finished is amazing!!!
Best A/C units ever!
I bought 2 large Kenmore A/C’s and had them installed in my walls. Those 2 cool my entire 1sr floor. I have an open floor plan, cape style home. I’ve had Kenmore A/C’s my entire adult life and they are the best ones you can get! I have always liked that they save energy and they are quiet and run very smoothly. The best thing about these new ones is I can control them though my iPhone app! Another great job Kenmore!!
