Unable to Scan
This thing worked pretty ok for 3yrs. It quit all of sudden, now it is unable to scan the QR code to do a fresh setup.

Sound not audible in headphones when connected to headphones
We have listen option in the app when we connected with earbuds and select listen option output coming through speakers even though connected with Bluetooth or earbuds.. most of the times it says connecting..
Chinese product with useless app
First to open app it will will take 5 minutes. After every 2 nd day it stopped working, two way calling stop working suddenly, mic have lot of echo, basically you cant trust this product

Do not buy this camera !! Very casual camera with lots of bug and issues . Even the company is not serious about complaints so never gave any update to fix the bugs
Cloud service is as slow as a a snail
Idk why the cloud service is so so so slow, even on a very fast internet connection. Can't you guys get good servers so we can view videos instantly? It is too damn slow, I can hardly watch playbacks.

Worst app and worst camera
I thought to give it a try when I see this as DESI made. It’s very very cheap quality. The base which rotates the camera broke within a month. The UI completely hangs and shows Error when I monitor for more than 30 secs. Sometimes UI takes more than 40 secs to show the ui and sometimes it won’t show anything at all.
Poor quality - looks like kids play toy
Totally poor performance, not recommended to buy.
