Apps Not Stable

Always facing log in problem.

Chart display error

Please provide an update for iphone 12 mini as I couldn’t view the stock chart horizontally. Charts couldn’t be rendered out properly when the phone is being tilted.

Cannot use the chart

Please fix the bug! I cannot even go to home after entering the chart in landscape mode! If the chart is fixed and can enable real time chart with kentrade website sync, this will be perfect..

Not recommended..

Highly not recommended to use this apps. It’s not stable and no improvements made even though there’s so many bad reviews. Management seems not even bothered to read the reviews.

Limited feature

The app can only access to Bursa Malaysia but Not Hong Kong and Singapore market which you need to rely on the web browser. Please update the app.

You need an upgrade

When a call comes in on the phone , the app will auto lock out and sat no network. Then have to re-key in the I’d and password But then still cannot get in for a delay of 5 mins Always when a calls comes in

Lag!!!!!!

Always lag when I want to buy and sell!!! Force close cannot login

Pls add price alert feature

To make the app more useful & help investors to trade, please add price alert features which many crypto exchanges had already been using for ages.
