Als u een kaartje of abonnement koopt op de app, dan is uw telefoon uw vervoerbewijs voor de bus.
Klik in de app op 'Kaartje kopen', zoek het kaartje of abonnement naar wens en stop het in het winkelmandje. Het abonnement staat na betaling via iDeal of creditcard direct in de app op de pagina 'Actieve kaartjes' en u kunt er vervolgens gelijk mee reizen.
U heeft dus geen zichtpas of OV-chipkaart meer nodig. U toont gewoon het abonnement vanuit de app aan de chauffeur of conducteur.
Om te kunnen reizen met een ticket / abonnement, dient iedere reiziger een eigen account te hebben in de Syntus app.
