Please do not ever subscribe for prime membership .they wont allow u to cancel the auto renewal option as well as u Won’t be able to find an option to cancel this .an nobody responded in customer service as well .it a scam

These people are scammers. They have you register and make you pay. Once you pay, there is no service.

Worst app

First the matrimonial assistant said you have to pay certain amount to get good profile and i took a premium account And now all the profile that comes up on the page does not even have a profile picture. I feel like this whole matrimonial app is a scam. They say something and provide us with something completely different. Worst experience with this app.

Image sucks

I uploaded my photo for 10000 times and it automatically deletes after 5 seconds.

Worst app ever

It crashes each time you open it and then u have to uninstall and reinstall each time . Since I paid for 3 months I had no option but to reinstall like thousand times so far .. very frustrated 😡😡

Worst UI experience

App crashes, links breaks, randomly redirects to different pages, 'don't show' doesn't work, slow to load.

Beware of FRAUD Transactions and poor customer support

I was charged $4000+ from my credit card and could not contact the customer care. The customer service number doesn’t work after the language select option. Bank wants me to talk to the merchant first. Tired of running to get my money back. If you just check the premium package online they will give you a call back no matter which place of the world you are. But when u need them.....NEVER EXPECT RESPONSE

Worst technical support

If the app works then no problem. But some times you will not get all the search results. The technical team had no clue, initially they were trying to help. Soon they started ignoring our calls.
