Amazing App

Was very hesitant to try this app but I saw one recommendation in a you tube channel and thought to give it a try. It was not a wrong decision. 😊 This app provides a variety of features that is so very useful in tracking and to achieve the goal that we want to reach. The most amazing thing about this app is the user friendliness. And the help is always there . I am impressed by the alternatives to track all . I have seen apps not allowing water tracking but this app allows that. It also gives a reminders for water, food etc. you can just speak and save the food. Isn’t that amazing. The app definitely is a must try. I have used a variety of apps but found some or the other things missing . And this one stands out. It has an amazing interface and gives you pop up suggestion when you try to do something and the concept is super. Loved the app in the first sight but love it more after exploring the features. This app suits all the need if you are on keto diet and gives you a perfect insight of what you eat. The details of all the vitamins, nutrients are also tracked and provided for insight in Premium feature. The moment you add a food it gives an insight of how much intake and how much left of each nutrient. It makes life much easier😊 Thanks for this wonderful app.
