This kettlebell and dumbbell app is fantastic! It motivates me to exercise and keep up with my full body workout. The good thing about this app is that it has videos that I can follow while I’m doing the exercise. The app is simple to use, and the interface is great. I highly recommend this app for those who like to workout!

Kettlebell & dumbbell workout is an incredible app! The app runs smoothly no bugs or crashes. The app has 20 beginner exercises( for free) which is a great way to get a full body workout. Lots of high quality instruction videos to make sure your train properly.

Why aren’t there work along videos?
Excellent in terms of time and clarity
One drawback is that I wish the Instructional videos were playing as you did the exercises
