Good App!

Service fee charges are too high

This is out of hand the alarm has been going off for the past 7 day not to mention for the last 6 months.. I have spoke to everyone all have given a different answer on when it’s going to be fixed..

Love the ease of using the app. Thank you Kettler for making it easier to be a resident☺️

I hate this app

It is ridiculous to have to pay a service fee each time we pay rent! The 4.95 should come back to us. Over time that adds up!

It’s easy for me to use since I’m not a techy. I can make a payment & request repairs as well as take part in community activities.

You don’t receive confirmations if you’ve sent emails to building management through the app. This app is only good for making payments.

This app is definitely of a great help when it comes to online payment and checking if I have turned off the conditioner. It is also nice to be able to see my bill breaking down by expense. Face-access is priceless! It would be even more helpful if the bulletin posts were approved faster, if there was a social component to the app to help to get to know neighbors better & get in touch with them, it would be nice to use this app to really build a community.

I love this app. Everything is in one spot.
