Don’t use the website if you are trying to use reward money.

The website never applied my $10 reward. This is actually the second time this is happened to me. My suggestion is to never use the website if you are trying to claim a reward with your purchase. Now my reward is gone and it was never applied, again. Call the store and place your order with a person because it’s a pain to try to get your reward back and it can’t be applied to what you’re already bought.
