Major Safety Concerns
If you choose to use this app, please be warned of the following: If you pay in the car, drivers will sometimes be extremely pushy about paying with cash instead of card. This was to the point that once on a late-night trip home from work, the driver gave me no choice but to drive to a cash point, get out of the car, and withdraw money to pay him. This was incredibly uncomfortable and I was worried for my safety. In another instance, I was the victim of a sexually violent act by a driver to the extent that local law enforcement was involved. This was enough to make me stay away forever.
Poor
A price is agreed online and then they will change the price on arrival and claim it’s a glitch in the system. Rude, avoid.
New updated app
Key cars have upgraded their app, unfortunately it isn’t as good as it looks. It takes 10 minutes plus for the app to search for a car for you, it’s slow and extremely temperamental it will often kick you off the app and will close down meaning you have to go through the booking again. The old app was much more simple and better quality. The old app didn’t look great but it worked. The newer app looks great but doesn’t work. I feel like they have spent a lot of time and money into making the app look appealing, but with that said they have wasted a lot of money as the app itself is awful.
Not recommend
I do prepaid online when booking. And driver ask me to pay after finish. So I paid twice for one usage of taxi. Scammers there. Not recommend for anyone.

You pay for a taxi on the app using your card, only to be told you need to make up the extra with cash in car?
Quick simple and easy to track your taxi
I’ve had a great experience with the app. I like that you can track your taxi on a map. Really useful. All transactions have be quick and easy and great when you don’t have cash.
Removed credit cards
Very very disappointed that you have removed credit cards from the application AGAIN!!!! Please stop messing around with the app
Useless
This app is useless, the drivers don’t see the map where you set up your location and it generates lots of confusion.
