You can’t even enter your date of birth to verify your identity. The Keybee employees told me to write in all caps. That still didn’t work. Tried to upload id pictures it didn’t work either. Waist of time.

Horrible app, horrible company, don’t even think about downloading this…. The “CEO” is power/money-hungry and doesn’t know how to run a business. Employees and contractors get f’ed over on the daily by the “CEO” so that she doesn’t lose a dollar or two. Stay away, trust me.

This is so frustrating when you go through registration you get to the verification page which asks for your name birthday etc. you are suppose to scroll till you find your month, year and day you can’t manually enter when scrolling there is the sound of scrolling but no numbers or months to choose from it is blank so after registering I realize it was for nothing except that now they have my name email address and phone number. Is this the objective is that iall they wanted in the first place.? A Complete sham complete waste of time complete junk. I regret giving this developer the benefit of the doubt and now will be having more junk mail delivered to my inbox. Some advice if your going to create a application then get the basics working correctly. I hope you were not paid when this application was completed others will find this very disappointing. We would prefer a functioning as intended application really needs to be a beta version Might want to go back to step 1 on application development basics a 8 year old would have done a better job. Complete crap

After getting me to sign up and send my personal info. Tried to scam me into sending my banking information!!

The app has been so easy to navigate and use. The customer service from Keybee team, has been exceptional and everyone has always been there to assist. Keep up the good work!

Spoke with a rep here, that had to sign me up from “their end” once the got my bank account and routing numbers never heard from em again, don’t trust this app, every day I’m looking at my bank account hoping it doesn’t get hacked. DONT DO IT !!
