Good if you're looking to transpose the major keys, but this app only covers the major keys. If you're looking for any type of modal progression quick reference you won't find it here.

Not bad. Could offer more.

CONS: A bit pricey for what it offers. Needs a new font because the upper- and lower-case roman numerals 'i' and 'I' are very hard to distinguish at present. Contains no useful information regarding application of the keys, merely identifies the chords in each key. Gives no information regarding the chords themselves, just identifies them by name. PROS: A great app for those looking to transpose a lot. Easy-to-use interface. Clean look. Nice for quick-reference. I would reiterrate that a font change is necessary to clearly label the chords in each scale with the appropriate roman numerals.

I just bought this app and was so excited about it i had to write this. As a music teacher of guitar, theory and voice, I am excited about this app. It makes the understanding of the harmonized scales easy. It shows the chords as they are in the different keys and it makes it easier to understand the keys that are harder for students to work with. This app will help players that play by ear also. It will let them know what chords to expect in a new song and they can find the chords in parallel keys. The transposing ability of the app will help all musicians and vocalist that have to change keys to play or sing a song. Many thanks to the writer of this app. A useful app that does what the name says. BRAVO!!! Bill Sveglini
