I like the new UI, but it would be helpful to add a tracking page for easier order tracking.

Ang hirap kausap ng kumukuha order online. Pati yung grab driver mapeperwisyo sa ginawa niyo eh. Paano ko nga ba makukuha ang order ko kung ibang info binigay niyo? KFC Batangas City, omg.

KFC in general lalo na ung alabang west branch is the worst. Delivery took 1 1/2 hours. First time ordering in the app and probably the last. Will no longer dine as well kasi sobrang bagal naman. 2025 na KFC! Wakie wakie. Di na ako magugulat kung isang araw wala ng kfc in metro kasi sobrang palpak nyo naman in all aspect. Ambobo pa ng app. Ni walang indication kung ano ng lagay ng order mo. Mamumuti nalang talaga mata mo sa kaka antay wala pa. Ang lala. 1 1/2 hours delivery time? Fast fooooooood?

Poorly designed app
Address needs to be registered repeatedly before making an order. Then after entering your address and adding items to your cart, you need to input your address AGAIN then you cart items will be gone after it. You have to repeat everything twice before you can checkout your order.
No Sundae
Why not remove the things on the menu that are not available...
