I am not sure how people are supposed to use it, nothing works!

Useless App
As a parent who uses the KHDA services on the website, I expected this app to provide the services needed by parents to smoothly log into the app, sign school contracts, update students' and parents' information, etc. NONE of this was available. It only provides general information about schools, universities, and training institutions, which, from parents' point of view, is not important as much as how beneficial it is to us throughout the year. The existing information available on the website is not crucial as much as you would expect. Completely useless!
Bad app
I am not able to login, locked in the OTP loop keep on sending and asking OTP without entering my page. This bug should be fixed
Not able to login using UAE Pass
Hi, I am trying to login using UAE pass, it continue to ask OTP over email and Mobile number but never logs in.
Not user friendly at all.
It’s definitely faster if you get to your child’s school than try to get anything done through this app. KHDA please review and update. The parent contract signing process was painful and had to be abandoned midway at the risk of losing my mind.
Out dated
Outdated app buggy, cannot change or add my son picture, app aspect ratio not updated to current phones, urgent attention needed I had to sign contract on school because app crashes
Password reset not working
Unable to do password reset, captcha expired always.

Whoever is in charge of this app should be fired
I am an app developer myself so I understand what I am talking about. First of all the app has yet to be optimized for the new iPhone’s aspect ratio despite the change of aspect ratio being made two years ago. Secondly, who is the idiot who thought it is a good idea to let the parents input their date of birth using a text container? At the very least use a number container instead of a text container! The app is buggy which tell me that the backend of the app is just as messy as the front end! Either fix your app or stop forcing us to use such a buggy, unprofessionally designed app!
