- Access to your diary day or night on any device! Clients can arrange their own bookings and pay deposits at their convenience 24/7. Protection from no shows and the option to charge manual payments!
- Single user and Multiple user accounts for allowing staff members on one account with custom working hours, services and prices as well as individual account logins.
- Create promo codes/gift voucher codes to allow customers to book services or store items at a discounted price. Attach a voucher code to any gift vouchers so clients can redeem these at check out! Great for promotional use across social media
- Client can pay deposits/full balance to secure bookings. Full balance charges are possible in the event of a no show. Deposits are optional and set by the business owner!
- Confirmation emails/receipts are sent automatically to you and the customer to confirm bookings/store orders at the time of purchase. Reminder emails are sent to the client 48 hours prior to all bookings!
- All settings are fully customisable to suit any business type, right down to colour coding services, setting custom colour themes to your KiBook account and Booking page for personal branding! Contact us to discuss additional custom settings/features!
- Easy integration with top marketing platform MailChimp so you can send mass emails to your client list for announcements and newsletters! Nice idea but isn’t working for me
Nice concept but I just can’t seem to navigate by the tutorial pages. It gets stuck & when I try to click back a step it signs me out again
Best booking system around
Fantastic booking system can’t recommend enough. App is easy to use and very customisable, so handy for taking deposits and payment instantly after jobs on the go. Customers service is brilliant they really take the time to help small businesses and on hand for any assistance required.
Good app just needs little more TLC
Good app just little slow and the left hand side doesn’t slide back to view your clients and appointments so hard to see when your next client is in . you have to look through the emails to view hopefully this bug gets resolved soon as it’s only thing that’s kinda annoying other than that it’s very good booking system easy to use 🥰

If you are needing a booking system this is perfect for you. Me & the girls in my studio all use kibook it’s super reliable and ensures that if clients are cancelling you are able to take the remaining balance out their account. Wouldn’t use anything else

Amazing booking system so easy to use for both my self and my clients and you don’t have to worry about losing out on money for no shows Ashley and the andrew are always on hand to guide you if you have any issues regarding the the system Definitely recommend and it’s reasonably priced too x

Really easy to use booking system, love how it’s customisable for your own business. Both creators are very helpful and attentive. They take great pride in communicating with all of their customers who are other small business using this booking system, which is big bonus of supporting small businesses! I would recommend this to all other companies I come across/ salons etc! They are really good at explaining updates, checking if you are using the system properly and quick to reply when you need their help! I’m so glad I found this company ☺️
