Bought this for a recent trip to NYC and ended up using Google Maps instead. Found the app somewhat confusing to use and sometimes inaccurate. Is not useless but Google maps is 10,000 times better.

Awesome app
I’ve been using this for many years and it has been my go to NYC Metro app. Great design, stays up to date. Super functionality. Can’t get around without it!
Way better than paper
& subway tokens!
Unintuitive interface
I'm just visiting NYC and maybe that's the problem, but I don't find this app to be terribly intuitive or user friendly. I wish I'd skipped it as I find myself using Citymapper or Google maps instead.
