This app took my money but never sent my order. The order number created did not even exist in the courier service. Customer service is atrocious, they just send you a bot generated message. Do not buy from this app if you value your money. They scammed me out of 500 dollars. Will report them to the police. Also if you are here mass report them for fraud.
I ordered shoes, and they charged me $30 USD for shipping. In the end, I ended up paying $200 USD. However, when my shipment arrived, the courier services asked me for an additional $30 for import charges. They should be responsible for paying the import charges since I have already paid the total amount to the seller. I emailed them, but I never received a reply. I strongly advise against ordering products from KicksonFire
We used to be able to. They took that option out. Now we are forced to look at all the releases.
