Kiddo App

I have had some good babysitters, some not so good from this app s the app has lofty goals. Support is sluggish as the business seems to be growing fast but admin is not keeping up with growth. It is hard to find profiles of the babysitters you book. Would be useful to be able to click on images or names in messages and see the carer or applicant’s profile. Also need suburb based searching. The app is tricky to navigate, not intuitive. Also, if you want to book for ongoing care or care on multiple days with the same carer, there doesn’t seem to the ability to choose different times on different days.

I’ve been using kiddo since it first launched its super handy to find a baby sitter especially if you need one last minute for regular sitters you can go back and rebook same person or message Bec the creator to put request out for a regular booking and if you have ndis specific needs they can cater for this too It’s easier then other apps

I love this app so much, as a carer it helps me connect with parents so easily and best part is that I get the jobs straight away booked so I don’t need to wait for the parent to accept my offer for days like I experienced in other apps. It is a great app for both parents and carers 😊

This app is amazing and I recommend it to everyone when they ask who I use for a babysitter, I always say Kiddo! not only do you have variety with the sitters available, but there's reviews and I also feel like I can trust the quality of the carers available. Then there's the upside to it being available nation wide, so when I go on holidays, I plan ahead using the app to book in sitters when I am also booking date night restaurants. What a fabulous app idea and it is done so very well. Thank you very much to the creators!!!

I have been so impressed with the functionality of the Kiddo App. Being able to find carers who are able to support my children with ASD and ADHD has been so simple. The carers have been wonderful.
