Carer frequently cancel last minute. No replacement. Late to refund. Need to improve. Otherwise this is a great app.

After the app update, whenever I click to open the app, it will redirect to phone setting. Hope it can be improved

The whole “feel” of the app felt clean, and tidy. With the colours of warmth and love. Every time I booked a carer it was always an absolute bliss with all the characteristics of a carer that I can put, reciprocated by the carer’s ability to address and accommodate to my request on the selection stage. The cherry on top would be the professionalism of each carer I’ve booked as well as the love and excitement to look out for my little love bug. Thank you dear Founder of the app. May all these pahala brings you straight up to Jannatul Firdaus.

Carers are locked for 15 minutes in which we have to make payment in that time to secure bookings. However app is very poor in ensuring this process goes smoothly.

Carer applied but we cannot look at the list of carers applied. Then the carer cancelled due to late response. How can we accept if we cannot even look at the carer profile?

For such an established business, I'm kinda shocked that the notifications sent to my phone contained sentences with improper spellings and words use. "Need a babysitter to go detim this weekend"? "Jangan gaduh dengan sayang ek, lek lu"? The sentences used in these notifications give an impression that Kiddocare isn't serious in managing babysitters.

1. When picking for available carer, please give more options instead of just the first 5 that apply, I’m very sure u have more than that available. 2. On the active booking put the date of the kiddocare suppose to work, not the date that the booking has been made 3. Have like a template ready for faster booking, I book a few times a month so it’s troublesome to have to input everything from scratch. Make it easier for regulars to book 4. Make it that I’m able to book months in advance rather than just 1 months ahead

hi, boleh saya tahu macam mana nak tukar kiddocare to kiddocar carer? saya tersalah login untuk client, saya mahu login untuk babysitter, so may i know how to solve it?

Ridiculous apps with many extra charges

Bad experience. Work on your policy better. As client, my loss i guess is not your slightest concern. For carer- farah yang makan ambil payment without you actually have common sense to repay me. Thank you.
